In Singapore, about 39 people are diagnosed every day, and 1 in 4 people may develop cancer in their lifetime (Singapore Cancer Society, 2016). Daunting as it might be, Cancer is no longer a terminal illness.

Research has shown many benefits of exercise in people with cancer (National Cancer Centre Singapore, 22 June 2020). Join us to learn more about cancer, how physical activity can help manage cancer, and understand the considerations to take while integrating workouts before, during and after cancer treatment.
