Our 2-day course in assisted stretching is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and techniques of stretching. This course is perfect for physical therapists, fitness trainers, yoga instructors, and anyone looking to enhance their skills in the field
of wellness.
Throughout this course, participants will learn how to apply different stretching techniques to various muscle groups. They will explore the concept of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation to enhance their understanding of how the nervous system controls muscle movements.
The course will include theoretical and practical sessions, allowing participants to develop a clear understanding of the concepts and how to apply them. Our experienced educators will provide hands-on instruction, allowing participants to practise their skills under supervision.
At the end of the 2-day course, participants will be awarded a certification in assisted stretching. This certification is recognised internationally, increasing opportunities for professional growth and development.
