The Art and Science of Contrology

The Art and Science of Contrology® Pilates Instructor Training Program (ASCPIT®), directed by Second Generation Pilates Teacher Trainer Simona Cipriani, is committed to standard classical Pilates. While the ASCPIT® is dedicated to preserving the legacy of Joseph Pilates, the trainers are also equally dedicated to teaching proper mechanics and physiology. The training programs are offered across the United States and internationally.
